Pros
I have been with Remco nearly seven years, when I began I was just a novice learning the craft. Remco was willing to put money into different educational programs to help elevate my knowledge. The upper management at Remco has truly an employee first mentality that allows the rest of us to focus on our customers. Being an employee owned company, I am able to have the feeling of pride when customers are thanking you for fixing an issues or raving about another technician who helped them. Another thing I like, is no matter how difficult a time I might be having on a job, there is always somebody at Remco that is willing to stop by and help.
Cons
Company has multiple sites and employees that you don't always know who's who. Driving in traffic or bad weather.
