Pros

Culture. Culture. Culture. I have had previous jobs where I dreaded Monday.. not here. Everyone is cheerful, driven, and goal oriented. I am excited to come to work every day! From the top down, everyone is willing to help out which is amazing.. I have literally had the CEO come over and write something on a sticky note asking a question. Our COO was making coffee the other day. There are no ego's here, which is great. We have catered lunch every day too - where else do you get that!? I truly believe that our Dev team has some of the brightest and hardest working folks out there. Our sales team kicks butt too. This is a one of a kind product and Remine is changing the game in the Real Estate industry!

Cons

Pay period is the 5th and 20th - not really a con, just never seen that before.

I worked with some really great people.

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
