Cons
Like any company there are a few nice people who work hard and people who don't, but I don't think I have ever been a part of such middle-school cultured environment. Gossip among the upper-level with their chosen favorites is toxic and a lot of times have nothing to do with their work ethic. People were being fired as quickly as this company grew to hire without any clarity. Even after 10 hour work days, you're expected to be available on Slack and continue working. Overall, there are some great people, but as a company and the way they treat their employees, there is no safety even if you're great at what you do. You can try to play the game of favorites, but it's not worth it.
