C-Suite is growing the company as quickly as possible We have some amazing engineers and technology No red tape Unlimited PTO Flexible work hours or work from home Various snacks / company paid lunch Walking distance to LA Fitness We have a monthly all-hands meeting for C-Suite and managers to answer questions and show company direction

Cons

Culture building is not emphasized, though people are quite open Communication isn't always 100% clear The company is spread across the country, so it's hard for people to relate to each other unless we have regular physical meetings

I worked with some really great people.

Cons

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
