Pros

Easy to get promotions because most employees have given up on the company.

Cons

Management will work you to death, tell you that it's only temporary but that's not true. COO signs deals with clients without talking to anyone else and as a result you can unrealistic deadlines. So you end up releasing a trash product and then management gets mad at you, even though you told them this is what was going to happen...

I worked with some really great people.

Cons

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
