Pros

Used to be great. Awesome CTO, who left. I cannot say it wasn't a fun place to work out despite the many overtime hours.

Cons

They don't care about the people. Very young company overall and not able to grow past 'start-up' mentality. I was the lead qa when i left a year ago and was asked to return, only to get fired a few months later. They just laid off 38 folks so going to say financially maybe not the best at the moment? Who knows? Just so unfortunate. Personally, I had a good job and took a paycut (crazy) to come back because the culture used to be so great.

I worked with some really great people.

Cons

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
