There are advantages of working remotely, some times can be relaxed and you don't have to get out of your house.

Cons

It's a remote work position, meaning there are no opportunities for growth. You don't get appreciation either from any of your colleagues, supervisors, and managers despite how stressful and exhausting your work has been. Colleagues can be too bossy, arrogant, and aggressive, working with them was TERRIBLE!!

I worked with some really great people.

Cons

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
