I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you about your experience in my capacity as head of our People function. As a senior female leader, your comments below do not resonate with my experience, but that's obviously just my experience and I'd really like to hear yours. I assure you that we DEEPLY care about immigrants, that in our high-growth environment there are many ways to learn and grow, and that we want this to be a place where everyone's voice matters. I also want to briefly respond to your comment on D&I. This is the first time we've hired a full-time dedicated D&I Director and making that investment is quite unique for a company our size. We are excited for this senior level person to partner with our passionate D&I Guild in building programs and helping drive ongoing systemic change. We want to embed equality even more deeply into our DNA now, so we can scale globally across many cultures as we continue to grow.
