Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm saddened to read about your experience and I'm glad that you know that I have good intentions. You're right that I do care deeply about our mission and our team. I also completely agree that we have strong talent at the operating level of the company. Building a rapidly growing business is hard and, with growth, it's often a good thing when new executives come into the business that have scale leadership/management experience. I'm grateful for the new executives that have joined in the last year as well as the reorgs that we've done to shift responsibilities ... I believe they're doing a lot of the things you mention below -- empowering the team to build a phenomenal product and service for our customers. I will also continue to introspect per your note below to ensure that no other changes need to be made to empower our team.
