We want to assure you that we do not make false promises or intentionally mislead our employees, since the schedule may change in order to support our customers and employees and hence the recruiting team is relying on the information which they have in regards to the current shifts/schedules.
The contract also does mention that shift may be subject to change in the future (if this aligns better with supporting our customers), yet all such changes are communicated to employees in advance and shift changes are only made when absolutely necessary.
We also take career development very seriously and believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to grow and advance within the company. We do not tolerate any preferential treatment towards relatives or partners of our employees. If you have specific concerns or examples of such behavior, we encourage you to reach out to HR.
