      Pros

      - You can work from anywhere and work async - Unlimited vacation days - Good work from home set-up

      Cons

      - Leadership lacks clear goals and vision, so you might start working on a project that might be canceled at anytime - Although company values are transparency and kindness, that was not what I experienced - People that were laid off were treated really unfairly and left without a proper explanation

      Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

      Cons

      If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you
