Pros

- Salary - Remote first - Unlimited holidays

Cons

- Workload way too high - No work-life balance - Promotion via networking (it's about who you cozy up to, and have regular coffee chats with, not what you know or how good you are at your job) - Workload is so high that you do not get the chance to enjoy the holiday policy - Management doesn't understand the complexity of the onboarding team - No room for promotion even if you are good at what you do
