Pros

They are really good at woking async, which is the ultimate way to ensure you can have real flexibility. Remote strongly discourages having meetings, which is amazing. Most of the people are really talented and committed. Low performers are not tolerated. Salaries are good (but not in all parts of the world). People have real opportunities to grow, and new leadership positions are often offered to existing team members. About 90% of the people you work with on a day to day are really kind and supportive. There is a ton to do, a lot to learn, and many seriously good people to learn from.

Cons

Some of the flexibility around PTO is getting limited. Culture-wise, it all feels very transactional. They removed values like 'kindness' and brought new ones like 'intensity' -(big red flag). The workload can be unsustainable.

Pros

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

Cons

If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you

Pros

Great people, great direct managers.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected. Very much the throw it away if it doesn't work mentality.
