Remote has grown rapidly, and we recognize that with that growth has come challenges in prioritization and communication. We also know that as we move quickly, it’s important to strengthen transparency at the same time, so we’re taking steps to improve how we communicate about decisions that affect our people and our customers. We regret that you don’t feel comfortable speaking up, because everyone’s voice contributes to building the kind of company we all want to be part of. If you have feedback about a decision, we want you to share it with your manager, the People team, or any senior leader, so it can be addressed.
