For an ed-tech company, the hardware (computers, phones, desks, chairs, etc.) that we are provided with are sorely lacking. Renaissance had taken a sales-heavy approach, so the sales group is provided with the latest hardware updates while other groups must rely on refurbished equipment or hand-me-downs. This does take a toll on our ability to efficiently assist our customers.
The communication between departments could use some improvement. This is something that has gotten better through the years, but still needs to be improved upon.
