The company went through several acquisitions, so there was a lot of turnover. Everytime you get comfortable in a role or with a new manager, things changed.

Cons
Culture of fear, that is driven from the top of the org down through the ranks. The real test of character reveals itself in times of duress, and unfortunately for the employees who are on pins and needles, the executive/senior leadership team has shown who they truly are. Ultimately, this shows up in the way that a company brand is represented, and becomes a contributor to negative growth, and a weapon for competitors to steal market share.
