- Some very strange leadership appointments made at the VP+ level - Too cost conscious & restrictive as an organisation, very CFO-led - Speed & frequency of change can make it a difficult & high workload company - Very limited return to the office, so little face to face interaction with colleagues - Regions of the world are quite divided and siloed - Can be quite reactive at the day-to-day level, making reactions to short-term issues
