1) Flexible work time, can do home office most of the time for those who are not supporting test productions. With this working condition, there is less collaborations and new hire will have a hard time to integrate/learn fast. 3) Less stakeholders.
Cons
1) Outdated systems, with no IT support to improve it and fix it. 2)Training opportunities are not equal. 3) There is racial discrimination.
