Low pay scale. No raises.

Decent pay and benefits. Direct deposit with paper pay stubs.

Poor onboarding and training it's a joke. Some employees have clicks it's like high school including a mean girls club. If you are not native, ubern native, or not local native you will find it hard to fit in.
