Great working hours and Supervisors

Cons

Dealing with Tribal Politics and letting the managers run their departments. Fear of being fired at any time and not having a way to fight that. You are not governed by any state or federal laws buyer beware

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Direct deposit with paper pay stubs.

Cons

Poor onboarding and training it's a joke. Some employees have clicks it's like high school including a mean girls club. If you are not native, ubern native, or not local native you will find it hard to fit in.
