They have good benefits, and their christmas parties are a blast. The students and the families are amazing.

You're mental health will decline rapidly. They are short staffed, and expect you to take on multiple roles while staying within you 8 hrs, with little to no support. They overwork and under appreciate. The TA made it very clear that while we were barely 50% staffed in our department for over a year and half, each and everyone of us were easily replaceable.
