      Great Leadership Good Pay for not needing certifications/licensing outside of BLS certification

      Cons

      The training for certain aspects of the job did not prepare me properly to take on the tasks (being assigned to transport after only getting an 8hr training w/o much navigation help, being assigned as a unit clerk after only 4hrs of training were we did not fully cover what the role entails)

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
