Pros
Facility is clean and totally up to date. Amazing medical service from those who truly care enough about their job to treat patients like human beings and not numbers on a medical chart.
Cons
Be wary of your Coworkers. Most are great to work with and are willing members of a team. However there are those who will go out of their way to make your life miserable. Renown should have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on bullying but most managers will tell you that if you go to HR with your complaint, YOU will be fired. It is truly the Renown way. If you can find employment elsewhere, try those places first.
