Some coworkers are hard working and there is a sense of comrade in the misery and mistreatment.
Cons
HR decisions based on managements account only, lack of policy enforcement or clarity. Leader positions hired from outside the i\institution are not well respected for bringing in new ideas or suggestions. Very little in the respect of employee engagement and succession planning. Leadership positions are a revolving door leading to a lack of talent and self-centered harassment tactics for treating employees. A medical center this size should not have this amount of leadership positions constantly posted. This is a sinking ship, do not climb aboard. Lots of employee terminations. Less than average pay for area.
