Accrued paid time off and paid company observed holidays are not seperate which doesn't give you that much time off after you take the required holidays. The dress code policy was changed to allow each division to determine its own dress code. There are still some divisions that still have not addressed it a year after the policy went into effect. As someone who works in a non-patient facing role this is important and would like to see it addressed.
