Unrealistic workload, totally unappreciated, ingnorant abusive management. This is no place to make a career, if you still decide to work here just doot to make money while you look for another job, do not make any investments or buy anything new, that will not be wise being that we work in a very unstable environment and can be termiated easily if we upset our leadership. HR will always back the managers no matter who is in the wrong, I feel de-humanized by this company, and regret joining, I would advise against excepting employment with Renown. They will make it sound like an awesome company to work for, but once your in you will see just how rotten to the core this company really is.
