Employees who really do care about the patients

Employees who really care about you are used and abused. Dear patients and patients family members I want to extend my deepest heartfelt apologies to any of you who may have been cared for a staff member that might have seemed a bit impatient, irritated or unfriendly. Please forgive us, we really do care about you but the company we work for cares about making money,you are a number to them and so are we. They want you in and out and to fill out a survey and pay your bill. The staff interact directly with you and care for you during you hospitalization are some great people who are given way too many patient then anyone person should ever care for, they work hard and go totally unappreciated. They push themselves so hard to take on this crazy workload only to have the management tell them you don't do enough or your job is too easy for you. We really care about our patients and go unrecognized by our nonpresent leadership that looks at the bottom line and the survey scores. Renown is not a good company to work for, and if I ever express these opions to any leadership their mentality is If you don't like it then you know where the door is, they don't care. ire them, burn them out, and replace them.

Pros

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
