This place is a mess - Registered Nurse Renown Health Employee Review

Understaffed, unsafe for patients, I would not want to be a patient in this hospital. Many people suffer due to corporate greed, this company values making money over ensuring the day to day operations can function. Way too much is expected of one person, and quality care is impossible to provide when you are exhausted to the point that you dread going to work everyday. I literally wake up each day and feel drained just thinking of what I have to face each shift. I go home completely spent with no energy for anything else. All if this crazy hard work is not appreciated, I feel used and abused. We are judged by survey scores no matter how hard we work, it feels like we just keep going further downhill, hopeless, I dont want to be a part if this mess anymore.
