So many things wrong here I don't even know where to start. Number one problem that we always have had and seem to continue with is bad management, it seems to be a pretty common theme throughout all of the review I've read about Renown. Bad managers, bad HR that supports bad managers, this is true and one of the main reasons they are having trouble retaining their best people. It is becoming an entire hospital of new grad nurses and travelers, where is the stability.
If they ever hope to make this a great place that can keep people then they should start listening to the ones who work here, and realize that bad management will ultimately destroy ever dept., and retrain HR because in my experience they have never supported employees, just side with the management, and really don't seem to care how many good people they lose.
Im not happy working here and I don't recommend this hospital to anyone, they have a long way to go, and progress seems very very slow, like they need to lose so many people to open their eyes.
