Management is approachable, employee input is valued! Great place to work, can pick up extra shifts, cross training encouraged, good training programs, friendly work environment

Not too many cons for me. Can pick up extra shifts and get worn out, but management will work with you. Annual pay raises with evaluation, 12 hours shifts may be too much but not required in some positions

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
