Low pay for middle workers, benefits are trash if you're already not getting paid much which affects all auxiliary work processes and main workflows. If you're single (no family) Say good bye to your weekends and holidays with little negotiating. I honestly think this place is a for profit organization that prides itself on paying its workers nothing so that the directors can pocket 6 figures.
If you're a nurse just become a travel Nurse. Core staff gets miss treated and the organization has to hash out millions to pay for traveler nurses due to the fact that they can't keep core staff it is hilarious.
Will definitely be leaving soon just like all other core staff
