Pros

The therapy department was excellent to work with.

Cons

I had hurt my back four times in less than a year. While on light duty for the most significant injury, I decided to change employment for my personal safety. A day after putting in my two weeks notice, I was asked to leave. HR treated me with such disrespect and lack of human decency, it ruined my perception of Renown Health as a whole. I was escorted to my car and was not permitted to say goodbye to the coworkers who had become my friends. While being told to leave the premise, she stalked behind me and asked my manager to follow us “for another set of eyes”. She made me feel like I was being fired, when in fact I was the one who resigned. A company that would stoop so low to save less than two weeks pay for an employee, who had been hurt on their watch, is not a company I could ever encourage others to work under.

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!

Cons
