What a manager that comes from elsewhere expects of us is totaly unrealistic, butn oyt is endemic and the lazy manager who is distant from us talks down and gossips about us. Management is proud and can nit be spproached with advice, any attemot to make suggestions which will improve the workload for all will be met with hostility and employees who speak up are firced out. These are hoid oeople who work hard and really contribute lising their careers to politics. Our management recently held a meeting where they told us it is ok to skip your lunch break if your behind on your work, just work all day without a break and we will pay youban extra 30 minutes. Does it sound like tbey care or want to retain quality people.
