Pros

The people who work at the bedside are an amazing team. The staff really do take great care of the patients. I would send my loved one here if they needed medical attention.

Cons

“Restructuring” and “layoffs” are common. No explanation given. They will lay you off once your are just about ready to retire, claim they are restructuring, then post the position a week later so they can hire somebody at a much lower wage. Pay is the lowest in the city for RNs, no consistency across the pay scale. Always understaffed, mandatory overtime required throughout the hospital. If you want any sort of work/life balance I 10/10 would not recommend employment at this nightmare of a facility

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!

Cons
