This organization hires more than necessary, spends frivolously and then performs layoffs (2 layoffs in the last 3 years). Leadership is so consumed with financials that their employees are made to feel as if they are only a number. When workplace bullying occurs, there is "willful blindness" by Human Resources because leadership is so tight-knit. Concerns are then swept under the rug and the employee is left with nowhere to turn. They do not live up to their mission and values. Their employees are getting sick from the toxic workplace environment and they call themselves a healthcare organization?
