Pros
The amount of paid time off is generous, but you have some much work you'll be stressed while taking that time off.
Cons
IT management micro manages. I had three time cards to fill out. I have 7 managers in 9 years. The company lost $110 million and has layoffs every couple of years. They can't seem to ever get their budget in line. You have many layers of managers, all who need to justify their existence by having check-in meeting constantly.
