Pros

ICU's on first day, there are a lot of good nurses to work with, rarely see supervisors out on the floors and units, Great culture concept, Great advertised benefits like 401k matching (after 1st year), Daycare (waitlist and on days only),

Cons

Low Pay, Heavy Workloads, Crisis Staffing Daily, No quality assurance - Therapists do no work, and no one checks up on them - People quit a lot. There's no confidentiality with supervisors - your business will be public in minutes because they gossip with their friends who are not supervisors. Very young staff, most have 2-3 years experience or less. Renown charges employees over $200 per pay period for health insurance and they are they provider. TOO EXPENSIVE and low quality.

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!

Cons

No cons as of now!
