I've never written a review before, but felt I needed to say something about this company. I have worked for some bad companies in the past, but Renown has to be one of the most toxic environments I have ever had to work in. Hostile, coercive, and intimidation techniques used. Renown has the largest medical operations in Reno and surrounding areas of Nevada, but it is one of the lower paying medical hospitals. This should tell you something about the business.
Renown talks a good game, but the hypocrisy and true mission statement of Renown becomes clear once employed. We care about money and only money. Recent massive class action lawsuit filed by Renown employees not getting paid appropriately by Renown. Settled in 2025 Renown Health lost. New hires are now having to sign a mandatory arbitration agreement. If you leave company, Renown does not honor your PTO and keeps all PTO money earned if not used. Worst company ever worked for in my over 20 yrs experience.
