Pros

Fast paced, a lot of education opportunities

Cons

Short staffing, unsafe ratios, no ancillary staff so the nurse does everything. Patient care, medication administration, ekgs, IVs, blood draws, patient transport and a lot of patient boarding admitted patients while still receiving ER patients.

Pros

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
