Racist undertones, good ole boy network, favoritism, gossips, does not embrace diversity, will fire you based on whether or not they like you as opposed to how ell you do your job. For example I was told that because of my race I was a percentage point, I was called into hr because I said that I thought fathers made better parents than mothers, and because I mentioned that I may not schedule myself to work 3 days in a row based upon the size of the hospital and I was told that preceptor do not want to train me properly if I only intend on working for the hospital for a year, which was the length of my contract.
