      Great colleagues, honorable mission, experience with a large organization

      Strangely toxic leadership, unexpected in the Healthcare space, that tried to sell the idea that more work and responsibility without an increase in pay is a promotion when they can't fill a position and, thus, have budget for pay increases.

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
