      Leadership can be too concerned with discharges and maximizing the bottom line Lots of growth in the community creates greater need in the hospital (ex: we need more rooms, more nurses, new equipment, etc)

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
