      Lots of accrued time off is a huge plus. Able to work remotely. Lots of options for movement within the company.

      Cons

      Health insurance is lacking. Management can vary widely between easy-going and micro-managing.

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
