Pros

Management care about employees and patients. Terrific atmosphere. As long as you do your job there are no problems.

Cons

The employees not in the contact center are rude. Hometown Health(Health Insurance owned by Renown) has terrible customer service towards patients and employees. Since they own the health insurance provided to employees, I was expecting better coverage, and more affordable if you have dependants.

Pros

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
