Pros

Hybrid option, work on site 4 days a week, wfh Fridays. All the snacks and beverages you can imagine for free. Lavish parties with open bar and catering.

Cons

The company's communication practices could benefit from improvement. There were frequent changes without clear notifications, expecting employees to be aware by default. The company does not celebrate diversity, in spite of what they might post on LinkedIn. Proof of this was in the way they displayed selectiveness in their celebratory events, organizing elaborate parties for occasions like St. Patrick's Day and fictional Star Wars holidays while neglecting to acknowledge significant events such as Black History Month, Juneteenth, or Pride Month. Curiously, Valentine's Day received month-long recognition. The company made abrupt decisions to lay off 30 employees without any prior warning. Coincidentally, they promoted three individuals on the same day. The absence of background checks during the hiring process might have led to the presence of individuals with questionable backgrounds within the organization. Regrettably, the CEO and VP of People seem to prioritize sharing superficial think pieces on LinkedIn over proactively fostering safe and diverse work environments in the company. POC intern experienced racial micro-aggressions from their leader (one of whom is still employed) and was gaslighted when they tried to speak up about their experience.

Pros

Competitive pay. Typically weekends off. Many paid holidays

Cons

Sales and production teams are not on the same page and are not encouraged to be. This creates job-site hardships and a disrupted customer experience. Sales operates with virtual impunity regardless of the customer experience. Production team members bear a disparate proportion of the responsibility, and it's their compensation that suffers the greatest when being held responsible for the customer experience. Additionally, know that when you come to work for Renuity you are absolutely working for a corporation. Expect extreme micromanagement and decisions that effect ground level operations and procedures to be dictated by people who've likely never held a tool.
