Coincidentally, they promoted three individuals on the same day. The absence of background checks during the hiring process might have led to the presence of individuals with questionable backgrounds within the organization. Regrettably, the CEO and VP of People seem to prioritize sharing superficial think pieces on LinkedIn over proactively fostering safe and diverse work environments in the company.
