Thank you for your feedback. The management team and I read every review and try to learn from them in terms of what we should keep doing more of and what we need to change. I was disheartened to read about your experience here, and we will continue to listen and strive for excellence. Please know that my door and Bill’s door are always open, as are Rich's and Olivia's, to both current and former Reonomists. We would love to connect with you to hear how we can continue to improve in the categories you outlined. It is worth quickly noting, for the audience on Glassdoor, that we rely on several strong and widely used compensation providers to always ensure our team is paid fairly and competitively for a small, growing company. We are also proud of all of the internal growth our team members experience. Since April 1, 2021 we've had 30 team members (25 ICs) experience exciting promotions. Lastly, in a recent industry survey we participated in we received the result of better than average total and voluntary turnover rates.
