Pros
The only pro to working at repco is that you get massive discounts on car parts HURRAY! During the interview the managers will tell you how the discounts are amazing, oh boy cheap parts! Yes cheap but what they FAIL to tell you is that you have a limit of $1000 worth of discounts each year.
Cons
Biggest downside is a 25 yr old store manager who thinks he never has to work weekends, public holidays and will happily inform you that you need to come in during annual leave or days off to work for "free" to help him out. The reviews above talking about good pay? Yeah right, if your a school leaver then you'll love the pay, as minimum wage is better than nothing. There is zero training provided, lunch breaks that you are legally entitled to? Yeah you dont get those on the weekend.
