Flexible schedule, flight benefits. Decent hotel accommodations, stay in various level hotels from LaQuinta's & no names, to Westin and Sheratons;. I've met lifelong friends
Cons
Technology of training is poor and outdated, base supervisors for Flight Attendants can be lacking and downright pointless depending on your base, pay is not even live-able until you reach one year and/or commit to working alot;
