Pros
Travel benefits are pretty decent if you get the time to use them. Co-workers are like family. You get to connect with so many different kinds of people.
Cons
Long days, lots of delays, maintenance issues and low pay. Management is terrible and will not back hardworking employees. They are quick to get rid of higher paid people. Seems like they are looking for reasons to fire people right now. Managers constantly "ghost riding", to find ways to fire or get you in trouble. I caught them twice on my flights before I was let go.They treat you like a replaceable robot. Union is horrible!! Don't bother asking them for help, because they don't care and won't help.
