Pros
Great coworkers, and good benefits (health and flight). The co-workers are the best thing about this place! This could be a good stepping stone if you are fresh out of college and looking for entry level work, just know that you likely won't stay here.
Cons
MANAGEMENT!! Heed my warning, depending on the department, management is potentially a huge issue. It was ultimately why I left the company after being there for years. Bottom line, the management doesn't care about their employees, they have favorites that get the star treatment, but they overlook the hard work of all other employees and are completely inconsiderate, rude, and inflexible with you unless you are the "chosen one" in the department. If you thrive off positive feedback, want to grow in your career, or want to feel valued and fulfilled by your hard work, this is not the company for you. Work/life balance. Forget about work/life balance if you work here, there is no such thing. You should be grateful to get weekends and holidays off if you work at HQ. Salary is just ok, but I've noticed they have reduced the pay for most HQ positions over the last year by as much as 1/3, so you may not get what you deserve pay wise. Although the flight benefits are nice, the salary is so low compared to the industry that you probably should work somewhere else that would pay you more and you could spend some of the extra pay on confirmed seats on flights.
